Date 7.12.05 Soon I will expose how SOME of our Non-caring Police Officers abuse their powers and provoke anger among ordinary Law-abiding citizens by bursting-down doors without good reason, then fail to make good the damage, leaving the occupant to pick-up the bill or chance being evicted from their homes....and if these occupants make written appeals to the Northumbria Chief Michael Craik he passes the 'buck' down the line for a civilian office worker to reply.....how would he react if he came face to face with a REAL CRIMINAL and not just a written complaint....would he send for the office clerk? Date 21.5.06 This incident happened on 12.8.05 and is still not resolved, all those contacted for help (overpaid members of the police & N.P. Authority) have obviously 'passed-the-buck' by instructing others (of lower rank/status) to reply in an unhelpful and negative manner making the problem much more difficult to resolve. I see no reason why the police do not admit liability and repair this door to its original state. When permission is given by the complainant (injured party) I will publish all correspondence on this matter for all to see.....perhaps there are others who have also suffered in a similar manner but afraid to speak-up. The complainant has been advised....another 'fobbing-off' attempt....to take the matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission but it is a well-known fact they are 'toothless' and 'inneffective', and this poses the question why the former 'Police Complaints Authority' was renamed (IPCC)... but can we accept the IPCC as a truly "Independent" body as the name suggests? Look-out for updates on this matter as it may be necessary to publish names and ask certain well-paid "Civil Servants" (known as the hierarchy) questions of their whereabouts, and the purpose of their visits on precise dates/times etc. Date 30.9.06 The Senior Police Officer (his rank & name will be published shortly) was acutely embarrassed when he came to investigate the damaged door caused by his officers - he had not been briefed before his visit and had no idea what he was investigating - on leaving (2 hours later) he must have put his hands together and thanked god no other officer was present to experience his embarrassment - following his visit he submitted a report and a statement allegedly made by the complainant which has been used as strength for the police to withdraw/close his complaint - but how can they close this complaint 'at the drop of a hat' before the IPCC have had time to investigate the matter - and how can they refuse the complainant copies of the Officer's report and the alleged statement? Do not miss this highly amusing sequence of events which will follow very shortly. This matter has become much more dirty/messy/unbelievable since members of the "Professional Standards" (Northumbria Police HQ) became involved.....but is there any meaningful liaison between officers or departments to cut-out/save such stupidity and time-wasting nonsense?
At approx. 9.45 a.m. on Friday, 7.7.05 while passing through Gateshead Metro Stn. I was shocked to see 3 (three) Northumbria Police Officers checking the tickets of passengers – these Officers are paid something in the region of £500 weekly to fight crime which surely must not mean checking tickets, when approached these officers admit they do not like this idea but are forced to obey their Senior Officers orders/wishes. Another passer-by informed me that he observed 6 (six) Police Officers acting as Nexus Inspectors at Gateshead Metro on Thursday, 6.7.05. Speaking with a Nexus Official I was told that Nexus pay the wages of these Police Officers….little wonder that we, the fare-paying passengers, are forced to dig deeper into our pockets for increased fares due entirely to the thoughtless stupidity of Nexus. We have seen our well-paid police being forced to act as glorified ‘school attendance officers’ (nicking youngsters for ‘playing the wag’), and constantly harassing the motorist in an effort to boost crime figures, and the ego of their Senior Officers……surely if we are to believe these officers are unhappy doing these pitiful and rather degrading tasks they should have the ‘balls’ to speak-up or at least lodge a complaint through the Police Federation…..or must we presume that our police officers prefer the easy and less hazardous road, even if it means losing credibility and the faith of the general public…..the blame lies with Senior Police Officers.

Mr. Norman Scarth (d.o.b. 9/10/1925)
Over the past few months I have received many disturbing letters referring to a Mr. Norman Scarth (Prisoner GV5409 – HMP Wolds) who I am told is spending his 79th birthday (Sat. 9th Oct.) behind prison-bars, and naturally I feel shocked and horrified that such cruelty is still practiced in Britain. I have many years experience dealing with gangsters (and such) in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area, and knowing that many of these felons have not seen the inside of a Courtroom gives me good reason to criticize the ‘system’ that at times allows the ‘innocent’ to suffer in an effort to keep figures respectable.
Although I do not know Mr. Scarth my 14+ yrs. experience with Northumbria Police leaves me with little faith or trust in any police conviction, as they are allowed to consistently pervert the course of justice at will without fear of punishment.
The question must be asked “Are Mr. Scarth’s captors any better than those holding Mr. Ken Bigley in Iraq?” – although I do not know the full extent of Mr. Scarth’s crimes/deeds I am totally convinced that this frail 79 year old is no longer a threat to anyone and should be released.
My own Website was set-up when I became totally convinced that our Judicial System was corrupt, unreliable, and found to be most unfair on many occasions. I write this letter hoping you will give reasons to justify holding this elderly gentleman, and then perhaps I and others may begin to understand how your decisions are reached. Needless to say this letter and your reply will be published on my Website.

Thank you for your letter dated 8 October 2004 to the Home Secretary regarding concerns you have over Mr Norman Scarth (GV5409), a prisoner at HMP Wolds. As HMP Wolds is a privately managed establishment your letter has been forwarded to this office to reply.
It is not appropriate for this office to comment on individual prisoners and to discuss their situation with third parties. Since by your own admission you do not know Mr Scarth this office cannot comment any further on the points you raise within your letter.
I am sorry if this is a disappointing reply, however I am sure you will appreciate the reasons.

Dear Mr. Kellett,
I acknowledge receipt of you letter dated 9th inst. Naturally I did not expect my letter to Home Sec. Blunkett to be answered by anyone other than Mr. Blunkett but nevertheless I thank you.
The tone of your letter tells me you are not interested or concerned about this elderly gentleman Mr. Norman Scarth (aged 79 yrs.) and I have the good sense to seek sensible compassion elsewhere.
It may be a stupid question but did Mr. Blunkett see my letter – if so why did he not reply personally? Because of his terrible disability I was most reluctant to write to Mr. Blunkett but I now feel he certainly did not deserve such sympathy, and because I have been involved in Law and Order for many years I can now release my true feelings that the choice of a blind man as Home Secretary was most unwise and some day Premier Blair will pay the price for this stupidity.
Although your reply was “disappointing” I feel sure its publication on my Website will be appreciated by many.

Mr. Brian Hall (former Office Manager for M.P. Joyce Quin) – don’t be afraid, nothing to fear - you must know that your boss ex-M.P. Joyce Quin detected lies in the two reports sent to her by ex-Gateshead East Supt. Alan Nichol while she was a Home Office Minister but instead of being annoyed she repeatedly covered for him and put her position in jeopardy...where is she now....can one anyone give me a clue as I would dearly like to know how she lost at least 3 Ministerial jobs?
Ex-Supt. Martin Cooper of Northumbria Police who was also “stitched-up” for blowing-the-whistle that Northumbria crime figures were being ‘massaged’….a ‘public-spirited’ act but considered a crime by Sir John Stevens.
Ex-Newcastle Reporter Dani Garavelli (may be reporter at 'Scotland on Sunday') who was threatened with prison by Sir John Stevens (formerly Met. Police Commissioner) for rightly not divulging her source of information on 'massaged crime figures' in Northumbria.

Mr. George Gill (ex-Chairman of Northumbria Police Authority) - has he moved house or still keeping 'his-head-down' from former dissenters?

Ex-Northumbria Chief Supt. Antony Joseph Crimmens - While seconded to London under what circumstances did he retire from Northumbria Police and when? Can anyone answer this question - or give any clue. Until recently he was working in London for P.I.T.O. but they now report “DCC Crimmens retired in April” ….under what circumstances did he retire from P.I.T.O.? Why is it that when his name is mentioned to any police officer it invariably results in a very broad grin or knowing smile – why all the secrecy and what do they know? PITO greeted his arrival with a glowing report of his police service, and how he became the youngest Superintendent aged at just 33 – in contrast his departure is somewhat muted - can anyone explain? He must be living locally as there have been many sightings recently in Newcastle area (Oct. – Jan. 05) - can anyone give a clue so that I am able to see him to clear-up differences (rumour/idle speculation etc.) – surely his family know his whereabouts?
An associate of Antony Crimmens sent an E-mail to me stating they had also heard odd pieces of information surrounding his exit from Northumbria Police and his job in London - strangely my offer to meet this person was rejected for some unknown reason. My recent E-mail has been returned as “undelivered” and I am hoping this is only temporary - perhaps their computer has broken-down. Naturally I am still trying to contact Antony Crimmens personally but I will appreciate any information (his present whereabouts etc.) anyone can offer. Surely he cannot disappear without trace....or has he returned to Thailand and living off his huge pension donated by unsuspecting N.E. tax-payers.

Officer who always denied receiving letters sent - addressed to him through the police own Internal Mail system) - now believed to be I/C Security at Sunderland A.F.C.and must be well known to all policemen doing duties on match days - you are all welcome to contact me. Ex-PW. Paula Wilson and husband Ian (police dog-handler) (why did Ch. Supt. John Davidson find it necessary to intimidate you both by visiting your home prior to Tribunal hearing of Oct. 1997 - why did they ONLY produce 23 officers against you - they could so easily have produced Northumbria Police ENTIRE FORCE!!!!) You should have seen the number of Senior Officers that attended (decorated with medals - but non for bravery) all trying to gain further medals. Suggest you see my notes "Industrial Tribunal Law" and "Embarrassing Facts" on this Site. It is now time to speak up by using this Site - you will feel much better by releasing the anger and let the truth be known making Senior Officers hang their heads in shame.
Ex-Sgt. 919 Wilf (Toupee) Atkinson (why did you allow your legible 'handwritten' statement of 8.6.95 to be replaced by an altered/falsified 'typed' version which obviously meant you (or someone) were perverting the course of justice - as Sgt. of Gateshead East Crime Squad how many more statements did you tamper with and do the C.P.S. still think you are a true, honest cop? How many did you 'put-away' using false/altered statements? Wilf Atkinson is now retired.....no longer a cop…..and still not honest!!!

Ex-Admin. Manager of Gateshead East Police Mr. A. David (known as "flower") Dixon (now at Durham Health Auth.) - he never forgave me for saying "The closest he ever came to crime was ordering toilet-rolls for the cell-block at Gateshead East Police Station" a comment frowned-upon by his mate Supt. David Warcup.
Ex-Sgt. Liz Hastie (I/C Warrants Dept., Newcastle) ......one of the best - few of your type left at Northumbria.....your departure was sad and allowed others to mess-things-up which eventually meant the closing of the Warrants Dept.
Ex-Supt. Tom Nichol (I/C Bank House 1980-85) (see the 2 false reports sent by your son Alan to M.P. Joyce Quin - these will shock and shame you) Gateshead East M.P. Joyce Quin (small diminitive frame) took the flak for your big brave Son - this big and not-so-brave officer hid behind M.P. Joyce Quin. This is the same Jim Richardson who you personally signed-up in Feb. 1980 to serve in the Newcastle Warrants Dept. so you know of my excellent work record....now let me give you the "goods" on your son Alan Nichol (former Supt. Commander at Gateshead East in 1995) who was so embarrassed by the treatment I had received from Officers under his command he actually came to my daughter's home in Whitehills Felling and offered me a job working alongide a Police Inspector within the Gateshead Civic Centre.....naturally I turned down this offer as I did not wish to work for that regime or alongside members of the Civic Centre.

Joyce Quin (now departed without trace but no missed) ....this meeting was called by M.P. Quin, the agenda and outcome will be published later.

Now 3050 Sgt. Paul McIntosh (whose instructions did you follow on 31.7.95) - It was nice speaking with you on Tues. 21.10.03 while you were on overtime at the Stadium of Light – now that you are a Sgt. perhaps you will enlighten me why you did not do your duty on 31.7.95 (when arresting criminal Mr. F.D.) Gateshead Courts records prove you failed to do your duty and consequently led to “perverting the course of justice” – I suspect you were instructed by a Senior Officer (was it Davidson) on that occasion and you should be big, and brave enough to say so. You are welcome to see these papers (all supplied by Northumbria Police) which clearly prove my claims, and all papers will be fully investigated by a Force other than Northumbria. I see you are now working alongside an ex-colleague (ex-Ch. Supt. John Davidson) at the Stadium of Light. NOW IT IS TIME TO COME CLEAN.....At one time I had a very high regard for you!!!

Gateshead East/Washington West M.P. Joyce Quin...has vacated her positions at Home Office - Foreign Office - Min. of Agric. Fish. & Food.....I need to make contact to pose the question yet again of the two false reports (dated 7.4.98 & 27.5.98) Quin received from Supt. Alan Nichol while she was a Home Office Minister....before she disappears completely....or has she already changed her name and identity? There is a strong rumour Joyce Quin is seeking a ‘leg-up’ hoping to get a lucrative job with the North-East Regional Assembly….keep an eye on this move!!!! Now that the N.E. Assembly is now 'dead-and-buried' will Quin be 'sniffing-around' for some other job - she could join the Army as there are plenty of vacancies....and a holiday in Iraq would certainly be good for her!!!!
